Mike and Vicki Clegg will provide you with a warm and personal welcome at their High Force Hotel that they have been running since 2003 and have strived to progressively improve facilities in all areas. We offer small homely bars where you can enjoy one of our Cask Marque ales or a cup of freshly ground coffee. We pride ourselves on serving home cooked food and using local ingredients. The reception area is comfortable seating areas with sofas and coffee tables, just the place to rest after an exciting walk in the surrounding area. We also have a large function room, ideal for that family get together or that celebration.

We have recently been given a 3 Stars Inn Award from Enjoy England along with an award for our breakfasts.
The hotel has a new fully integrated fire alarm system with electronic smoke detectors in all the bedrooms and public areas.
